Paola Parra
Mrs. Parra has been practicing law since 1996, first practicing in the state of Georgia, and later in 1998 in the state of Florida. Her undergraduate degree was from the University of Florida in 1992. She attended Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law in Macon, Georgia, where she was awarded her Juris Doctorate degree in 1996.
The founding president of the Hispanic Bar Association of Northeast Florida, she is active in many Law groups and civic organizations in Jacksonville. She is a member of the Jacksonville Bar association and concentrates her practice in all aspects of Family Law.
Dennis Guidi
Mr. Guidi
has been practicing law since 1975. Graduating from the University of Florida with his Bachelors Degree, Mr. Guidi attended Law School at the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, graduating Cum Laude in 1975.

Mr. Wilson has been practicing law since 2001, when he was admitted to the Florida Bar. Mr. Wilson received both his Undergraduate and J.D. Degree form the University of Florida in 1995 and 2000 respectively.
